Il 9 maggio 1950 si fece il primo passo verso la cooperazione europea e l’inizio dell’integrazione Europea. 70 anni più tardi, ESN Urbino alla sua terza edizione celebra la Festa dell’Europa organizzando un evento ricco di interventi, dialoghi e una mostra fotografica virtuale dedicata agli scatti di studenti Erasmus di Urbino incoming e outgoing, una generazione in movimento che non deve e non vuole fermarsi.
“Europe and Italy: Essere cittadino europeo oggi” si terrà quest’anno in via telematica in diretta streaming sulle piattaforme dell’Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, al link: www.uniurb.it/live
Verranno trattate tematiche quali il multiculturalismo, il programma Erasmus + e la cittadinanza europea.
L’evento inizierà alle ore 10.30 con i saluti delle Istituzioni. Seguiranno poi degli interventi di docenti dell’Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo’: “La competenza interculturale ai tempi del Covid-19” a cura della Prof.ssa Flora Sisti e “L’Europa e le grandi crisi del 2020. Il futuro dei cittadini europei e il ruolo della generazione Erasmus” a cura del Prof. Marcello Pierini. Infine, a conclusione della conferenza, interverrà Giovanni Telesca, Presidente di Erasmus Student Network Italia, parlando dell’importanza del programma Erasmus in relazione alla costruzione dell’identità europea.

Soprattutto in questa situazione unica, è il momento di celebrare la pace e l’unità Europea. Non mancate!

On the 9th of May 1950 the very first step towards European cooperation was taken, paving the way to integration between States. 70 years later, ESN Urbino celebrates the European Union through the third edition of its educational conference, featuring the participation of esteemed guests, debates and a virtual photographic exhibition from Urbino’s both incoming and outgoing Erasmus students, depicting a generation of globe-trotter individuals who won’t, and must not, be stopped.
Due to current events, this year “Europe and Italy: Essere Cittadino Europeo Oggi” will be streamed online, live from every official platform of the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo and can be attended by clicking the following link: www.uniurb.it/live
Multiculturalism, Erasmus+ programme and European active citizenship will be the main focus of the conference.
The event will start at 10:30 am with greetings from the institutions followed by speeches from esteemed Professors: “Intercultural competence during Covid-19” by Professor Flora Sisti, and “Europe and the great crises of 2020: the future of European citizens and the role of the Erasmus generation”, by Professor Marcello Pierini. Lastly, Giovanni Telesca, President of Erasmus Student Network Italy will talk about the importance of the role the Erasmus+ Programme plays in creating a European identity.
